How does it work?

Step 1. Buy your favourite products online

Step 2. Choose “Local Pick Up” during checkout

Step 3. As soon as your order is ready, we’ll send you an email letting you know. Make sure to bring your ID and order number with you when you go to pick up your order.


Pick Up FAQ’s

When will my order be ready for pick up?

Pick up orders are usually ready within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). During certain busy seasons (Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc), in store pickup notifications may take longer than 48 hours.

How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?

You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for pick up. If you do not receive and email, your order is not ready for pick up. Eg. if you place an order on Saturday night, your order will not be ready for pick up until Monday. 

Where and when can I pick up my order?

Celebrity Unisex Salon

1415 Kennedy Road, Unit #5

Toronto, ON  M1P 2L6

Pick up Days/Times: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 2pm

Saturday 9am - 1pm 

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

Please bring a valid photo ID and have your order number ready.

What do I do when I arrive to pick up my order?

When you arrive, please proceed into the salon. Let someone know that you are there to pick up an order from Design Essentials/JewellePro Distributors. They will bring your order to you.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Sure! Please send them a copy of your email confirmation. They will have to show this email confirmation in order to pick up your order.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

From the day you receive your email pick up confirmation, you have 15 business days to pick up your order.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

If you do not pick up your order within 15 business days, your order will be refunded, and your items put back into inventory.
